2-post lifts, mechanical
Thanks to spindle nut technology, electromechanical 2-post lifts do not require hydraulic cylinders. This means there is no risk of the lift sinking due to hydraulic leaks. Another advantage is the compact design: the column height is almost equal to the lifting height; there is no fixed upper connection. This simplifies installation, particularly in workshops with limited ceiling height, and provides more clearance when working on taller vehicles.
