AUTOPSTENHOJ unveils the new FlexFrame:
Modular cassette system simplifies the installation of inground lifts

Rheine, September 2026 – With the new FlexFrame, AUTOPSTENHOJ presents an innovative solution for the installation of inground lifts. The modular system has been developed to simplify assembly processes, reduce material usage and, at the same time, ensure maximum stability and durability.

FlexFrame Duo consists of two individual cassettes connected to one another via the FlexFrame Center connecting frame. The design combines AUTOPSTENHOJ’s patented, hot-dip galvanised load-bearing frame with a stainless steel edging strip for a clean floor finish, as well as a specially developed plastic cassette. The result is a robust and corrosion-resistant solution that is resistant to all common chemicals.

The FlexFrame Centre connecting frame, which is also hot-dip galvanised, links the lifting units together and provides long-term protection for the internal components against external influences. Different frame lengths allow for flexible adaptation to various workshop requirements.

Significantly reduced concrete requirements and shorter installation times
A key advantage of the new system lies in the reduced amount of material required during installation. Unlike conventional steel cassettes, the cassette does not need to be completely filled with concrete. The lower section can alternatively be filled with sand or similar materials.
This reduces the amount of concrete required by up to 70 per cent. In addition to lower material costs, workshops and installation companies benefit from shorter assembly times and an improved carbon footprint.

Benefits across the entire value chain
Thanks to its modular design and reduced weight, the FlexFrame system offers benefits not only on the construction site. Transport, storage and handling are also significantly simplified. The compact design enables more efficient logistics and reduces the storage space required.
Furthermore, the integrated plastic cassette facilitates the precise positioning of the lift during assembly. This enables faster and more accurate alignment and creates additional potential for efficiency gains in the installation process.
The system is suitable for both new builds and modernisation projects, as well as ceiling installations, thus offering a high degree of flexibility for a wide variety of workshop layouts.

A cost-effective and sustainable solution for modern workshops
With the FlexFrame, AUTOPSTENHOJ aims to make the installation of inground lifts more cost-effective, sustainable and user-friendly. The combination of reduced material usage, optimised logistics and simplified assembly makes the system a forward-looking alternative to conventional steel cassette solutions.

“With the FlexFrame, we offer our customers a modern installation solution that not only saves time and money but also contributes to greater sustainability,” says AUTOPSTENHOJ.
The result: a technically sophisticated, modular solution for the simple and efficient installation of ingroud lifts.
