With the new Mascot 40 H II and Mascot 40 M II 2-post lifts, AUTOPSTENHOJ is expanding its product portfolio with two high-performance solutions for modern automotive workshops. Both models offer a load capacity of 4 tonnes and feature numerous technical improvements that make day-to-day workshop operations more efficient, safer and more convenient. The new lifts have been specially developed to meet the requirements of today’s service centres and combine high load-bearing capacity with flexible installation options.

Robust construction for maximum stability
Both the Mascot 40 H II and the Mascot 40 M II feature a newly developed, bent column design with welded-in stiffeners. This ensures additional stability and durability, even during intensive use in the demanding day-to-day workshop environment.
Furthermore, both models are fitted with the tried-and-tested AUTOPSTENHOJ arm set. The slim design allows for convenient positioning of the support arms, even on vehicles with challenging lifting points. Thanks to the integrated Ø50 mm eye, all accessories – such as wheel support devices – can be used without any problems.

Optimal use of space even in difficult installation conditions
A key feature of the new Mascot II series is its flexible installation width. The lifts can be installed with a width of 3,500 mm or, alternatively, with a width of just 3,250 mm. This makes them ideal for existing workshops where space is limited or where modernisation work is to be carried out without major alterations.
In addition, the asymmetrical column arrangement allows all arms to be swung out fully. This significantly improves the drive-in situation and makes it easier to position the vehicle on the lift.
Both models also offer a high degree of flexibility in terms of foundation requirements: a concrete thickness of just 100 mm is sufficient for installation.

Improved safety and ease of use
To ensure reliable vehicle support, both lifts feature a new 360° arm locking mechanism. This protects the locking mechanism from external influences and guarantees that the support arms are locked firmly and securely at all times.
Both models are also fitted as standard with double-telescopic lifting pads, enabling a wide range of vehicles to be lifted quickly and precisely.

Mascot 40 H II: Hydraulic performance with added convenience
The hydraulic Mascot 40 H II offers numerous features that further enhance ease of use. These include a second, slow lowering speed for particularly precise lowering manoeuvres. In addition, the system allows direct lowering without first raising the lift to unlock the safety catches, which simplifies workflows and saves time.
Another advantage is the second control unit, fitted as standard. This allows the lift to be operated conveniently from either side of the column. A 230-volt Schuko socket and a compressed air connection are also integrated into the control unit, ensuring that essential tools are always available directly at the lift.

Mascot 40 M II: Tried-and-tested mechanics with modern technology
The Mascot 40 M II is the mechanical counterpart to the hydraulic Mascot 40 H II and combines the tried-and-tested spindle principle with modern drive technology. At the heart of the lift is a cold-rolled spindle with a load-bearing and locking nut made from a special high-strength plastic alloy. This concept, which has stood the test of time for years, stands for high reliability and a long service life.
The electronic synchronisation control ensures a precise and safe lifting process. This is supported by highly efficient motors, which guarantee economical and powerful operation.
