Per 1st June 2023 AUTOPSTENHOJ launches its NxT Generation Inground Technology.
Of course, not all AUTOPSTENHO inground lifts have been converted to the NxT Generation yet, but we will start with the top sellers Masterlift 2.35 NxT Saa and Masterlift 2.35 NxT Pv. The Masterlift 2.35 NxT Saa scores with a 2,600 mm piston distance, which means a net clearance width of no less than 2,460 mm. This is the widest piston distance currently available on the market. Together with specially designed superstructures, this ensures simple, fast and trouble-free drive-through, positioning, lifting and exit of the vehicle, without the risk of damaging tyres or rims.
The NxT Generation Inground Technology is flexible in installation and operation, also adaptable to possible changing requirements in the future, due to our smart clamping system. Synchronisation takes place either via a synchronisation bar or alternatively via a toothed rack.
We achieve maximum stability through strong 140 mm cylinders and through our new aluminium guidance made of anodised solid material.
With the new cassette cover, even strong forces acting on the cover during battery removal, for example, are safely absorbed.
The complete sophisticated system gets by with only 10 litres of hydraulic fluid, thanks to proven high-pressure technology. Those who have the environment in mind should not disregard this fact.
The Nxt Generation inground lift is suitable for all installation variants and thus, of course, also for self-supporting installation.
The NxT Generation inground lifts are also always a good choice for replacement campaigns or retrofitting in third-party cassettes.

NxT Generation aluminium guidance
The guide is made of anodised aluminium and is therefore optimally protected against wear and corrosion and is clamped into the frame. The head plate can be adjusted, if necessary, which facilitates installation in third-party cassettes.
NxT Generation frame and cassette
The hot-dip galvanized frame for the clamping system of the new guide is bolted to the sub-casing, assembled at the factory, so no need for assembly on site. However, the clamping frame can also be used without the sub-casing for various installation variants, e. g. ceiling installation.
NxT Generation synchronisation bar
The optimised synchronisation and safety is ensured by a KTL coated synchronisation bar which can be adapted to varying piston distances via connecting pieces; the new standard is 1550 or 2600 mm. Transport and installation become easier and the system can be more easily adapted to future requirements that may change.
NxT Generation self-supporting installation
Stable and slim suspension for self-supporting installation when supporting on the ground of the cassette is not possible. The suspension can be retrofitted at any time simply by screwing it to the guide tube; ideal for installation in old cassettes.
NxT Generation cassette cover
The new cassette cover made of an anodised extruded aluminium profile and all-round rubber seal is not only resistant to moisture, but it also safely absorbs the enormous forces that act on the cover during battery removal, for example.
NxT Generation toothed rack
The toothed rack is used as an alternative synchronisation and safety element in difficult installation situations, where tube installation instead of cassette is the choice, and also offers flexibility in terms of piston distances. Available from 1st January 2024
